A non-profit agency tasked with helping Senior Citizens detect and report Medicare Fraud and Abuse.

The organization needed a way to effectively reach senior citizens and help them detect what fraudsters and scammers are doing to bilk Medicare and the seniors themselves.  It was important that the information was getting directly through to individuals (not social media for example) in a timely and concise manner and could be targeted to specific geographic areas which were being hard hit by cyber-criminals.

They chose mediascript because we were able to develop a mobile app that both delivered critical fraud information through push notifications and would allow senior citizens to easily report fraud and abuse for follow up by law enforcement officials.  The mobile app is a direct link to seniors and a pipeline to alert on the very latest scams.  

Mediascript developed this Mobile App in a short timeline and within a modest budget.  They are now pushing out alerts several times a month to senior citizens throughout Ohio.  They also use the app to promote upcoming senior events in different cities and town across the state.  Additionally, the non-profit is now in the process of adding a live streaming component to the App.  Which will allow them to share informational broadcasts on timely fraud topics.
